Jocelyn Johnson-Green

Jocelyn Johnson-Green is the founder and owner of Boss-ism Consulting Group, which provides life coaching to individuals and organizations. She has extensive experience and knowledge in project management for city-wide conferences and events. Johnson-Green’s love of people and her ability to see beyond project management enabled her to understand her true talent, Life and Business Coaching. Her number one market and passion is the inner city youth for whom she has developed a number of programs designed specifically to guide and support high school students in becoming their “Boss”- assertive, confident authorities of themselves. She currently conducts one-to-one coaching, group sessions and speaking engagements. Her long-term goal is to include “Boss-ism” as a curriculum in targeted DC Public High Schools.
