Lily Banning

Lily Banning is an abstract painter. Exhibiting in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and abroad, Banning creates ethereal paintings in acrylic and oil. Her work is influenced by the places she’s called home; California, Italy and Washington, D.C. In 2017, she served as a panelist at the 10th annual Emerging Arts Leaders Symposium. She is member of arts advocacy group, DC Arts and Humanities Education Collaborative and the community arts organization, Petworth Arts Collaborative.
