Chris Coccaro, p. g.a. (CREATIVE DIRECTOR) Christopher Coccaro was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with degrees in Film/Video and Psychology and started his producing career in New York, where he and Drew worked together and first discussed starting a company. Having worked in New York, Los Angeles and Washington DC, Christopher has more than 13 years’ experience producing nonfiction content for broadcast, digital, and government outlets. He has produced content for Discovery Channel, Smithsonian Network, Food Network, Travel Channel, Nat Geo WILD, MTV’s Emmy-award winning series “MADE”, BET, Esquire, Fusion, and Redbull TV. Christopher has been nominated for a NAACP Image Award and has been a member of the Producer’s Guild of America since 2010.

Drew Gray Wilson, p. g.a. (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR) Born in Washington, D.C., Drew Wilson has been studying media and visual arts since high school. After finishing the University of North Carolina with a BA in media communications & philosophy, he began his career in television in New York City, working first on projects with various networks and companies including Disney, NBC, as well as independent productions. After 7 years at MTV Networks, Drew took a position as Creative Director at the Smash Studios, one of the oldest independently owned media studios in Manhattan. In addition to working with dozens of musicians on music video and documentary content, Drew has produced commercial content for the US Navy, American Express, the United States Holocaust Museum, State Farm Insurance, Walmart, and others. He has been a member of the Producer's Guild of America since 2012.

Joy Jones (DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & PROCUREMENT) Joy Jones is a native of Washington, DC. and Drew's cousin. She has an MFA in Drama from UNC-Chapel Hill, and a BA in Drama/International Relations (double major) from the University of Virginia. She has also studied business at UNC-Chapel Hill and FIT. Joy has more than 10 years’ experience as an educator and project manager in New York and Washington, DC. She has provided business development and project coordination across a range of industries: management consulting, IT, education, fashion, and visual and performing arts. Joy has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild since 2000, and a member of the Voice & Speech Trainers Association since 2016.
