Svetlana Nekrasova

Svetlana is a Crimean-born, photographer currently living in Washington DC. She was inspired by the street life of Istanbul and started her street photography there four years ago. As an educator, she taught photography and video making to middle school students in Istanbul. She is also interested in videography and documentary photography. She is a student at a documentary photography school in St. Petersburg, Russia, and is working on her first documentary project on 1st generation Americans.
