Tashi Brown

Tashi’s ability to comfort the soul and overcome adversity, while still inspiring others to greatness, started as a young girl living in Roxbury, MA. She continues to empower communities and people by providing advisory in conflict resolution, employee & labor relations and community advocacy. Tashi is excited to launch "B Girl Consulting", which will offer a boutique suite of Human Resources services. Also stay tuned to Tashi's new podcast "Appetizing Conversations", where she talks on issues effecting Black Women through collaborations with DC area restaurants. Tashi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Norfolk State University and a Masters of Science in Negotiations and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore.
